Through this VIP Strategy Experience with me, you will benefit from a combination of specific and intimate strategy sessions for your business, space to implement each part before working on the next, and support as you do so.

Here is a reminder of what this experience includes:  

Session 1 (2 hour deep dive)

Offer Ecosystem Audit & Strategy (positioning & structure of your offerings and your overall brand)

Session 2 (2 hour deep dive)

Promotional Audit & Strategy (launch strategy & evergreen strategy - i.e. how you are making sales)

Session 3 (2 hour deep dive)

Marketing Audit & Scaling Strategy (growing audience & reach)

Note: I will give you action tasks after each session so you know exactly what to focus on and work on.

Session Timings

Sessions to be booked two weeks apart to allow for implementation time in between.

Support

You can ask me 1x question each week between sessions & 2 weeks after your final session to support you as you implement.
